OUR POLICIES

 

Each and every appointment you book at Tracy & Company is reserved especially for you!

 

When you are unable to make it to your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that life changes and last minute cancellations come up. Per our cancellation policy, if you must cancel within 24 hours your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your appointment, if you do not come in for your appointment without notice (no call/no show) 100% of the price of your appointment is due.

 

We stand fully behind our cancellation policy in order to support our team of providers, their families and as a service to all of our clients who await appointments patiently and eagerly on our waiting list.

***Please note forms of payment accepted include cash, check, credit card or Venmo. Gratuities are accepted in the form of cash or direct Venmo to your provider (in effect starting July 1, 2023).

 

At Tracy & Company - Center for Healing, we are grateful to be able to provide you with these services and have set aside your appointment time exclusively for you, we kindly ask that you please honor our cancellation policy so that we may continue to!
