MICRODERMABRASION
First approved by the FDA in 1996 Microdermabrasion is a popular and minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture. Microdermabrasion can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, brown spots & patches, mild acne and superficial scarring. Using a gentle spray of fine crystals to rub away the outer layers of skin (<1.5mm) then suction is used to vacuum away dead skin cells and remaining crystals.Microdermabrasion stimulates collagen production and maximizes blood flow to your skin. Other than a glowing, smooth and more youthful complexion some side effects could include mild tenderness, swelling, bruising and minor flakiness. These possible side effects usually disappear 24 to 48 hours and as little as 1 to 2 hours from the procedure. Unlike some other salon and spa microdermabrasion services, we use a medical grade machine for optimal results (22-45 pA vs 8KpA).

AHA PEEL
Remove dead skin cells and stimulate the growth of new skin cells. An Alpha Hydroxy or Beta Hydroxy acid peel gently exfoliates your skin by raising your skin's acidity level, loosening the cells that form the "glue" between dead skin and new healthy skin. Peels are effective for treating melasma, sun damage, light scaring, rough patches and mild acne. Your Esthetician will discuss the different types of peels and help you choose the right one for your skin type and desired outcome.

WAXING
Waxing is done by an experienced and well trained Esthetician. Both hard and the better known soft or strip wax is used depending on area and or circumstances. The hair removal wax that is used is manufactured in Belgium using the finest of ingredients. This product is produced with 98% of the finest esters of the resin along with ingredients such as natural pine resin and titanium dioxide to shield and protect the skin in combination with special stabilizers to get the root of the hair upon removal.
