MASSAGE INTEGRATED WITH MYOFASCIAL CUPPING
Myofascial cupping works to relieve deep muscle tension in your soft tissues. Myofascial cupping allows the therapist to work into a greater range of muscles and tissues, and to gently but firmly separate tissues that are sticking together and causing discomfort.
Myofascial cupping uses silicone cups instead of traditional glass cups. The cups are compressed and suctioned to the skin, creating a negative pressure that brings more blood flow to the region. This treatment is offered by Janelle, and can be selected as an add-on to a massage with Stephanie.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle form of bodywork used to create space in the spine and restore the central nervous system. It uses light pressure on the bones and joints of your neck, head and the base of your spine (sacrum). Craniosacral increases the flow of spinal fluid, which can promote greater brain function and reduce pain. It's a great therapy to incorporate into your treatment of headaches, neck pain, brain fog, and chronic stress/fatigue because it addresses your body at the nervous system level to help you heal. This treatment is offered exclusively by Stacey.

AWAKENING ESCAPE
An invigorating melt-away sugar scrub to smooth you head-to-toe. You are then layered with a decadent argan and jojoba oil serum to penetrate deeply into the epidermis and leave your skin hydrated, nourished, and glowing. Once your new skin revealed, your body is cocooned with layers of warmth while you receive a warmed oil scalp massage to further soothe your mind and worries. The treatment then gives way to a luxuriously warm and deeply relaxing hot stone massage. This treatment is offered exclusively by Janelle.
